Expat Crow is a software service designed to help users organize documents, dates, appointments, required visits, tax deadlines, reminders, and related information for themselves and people whose information they are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for independently verifying all legal, immigration, citizenship, residency, tax, filing, travel, renewal, physical presence, and other requirements that may apply.

Expat Crow may not be relied upon as the sole source for any deadline, legal requirement, filing obligation, immigration status, tax obligation, compliance determination, or other professional decision.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, access another user's information without authorization, or use Expat Crow for unlawful purposes.

Features, availability, reminder schedules, account limits, pricing, and beta services may change as Expat Crow develops.

Expat Crow allows an account holder to organize information for more than one person, depending on the applicable plan. This may include a spouse, partner, child, parent, dependent, or another person whose information the account holder manages.

By entering information about another person, you represent that you have the authority or appropriate permission to provide and manage that information using Expat Crow.

Accounts are intended to be controlled by adults. Information concerning a child or other dependent should be entered only by a parent, guardian, or other person authorized to manage that information.

Each account is responsible for determining who should have access to information concerning family members, dependents, or other people tracked through the account.

Expat Crow stores information you provide in order to operate the service. This may include account information, names and relationships, document records, countries and jurisdictions, expiration and issue dates, event details, required visits, tax deadline information, reminder preferences, notification recipients, and notes.

Some of this information may relate to immigration, residency, citizenship, tax, travel, or family matters. You should enter only the information reasonably necessary to use the service.

Where Expat Crow accepts a document number, the current application stores only the final four characters rather than the complete document number.

Password authentication and application data are handled using third-party infrastructure providers used to operate Expat Crow. Hosting, database, authentication, security, and email providers may process information as necessary to provide those services.

Expat Crow does not sell your personal information.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain secure passwords, protect access to their accounts, and avoid entering sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.

Expat Crow may allow you to add additional email addresses to receive copies of reminder messages. Additional reminder recipients receive those messages privately, such as through blind carbon copy where supported by the email provider.

A reminder may contain information about the person associated with the record, the document or obligation being tracked, the relevant country or jurisdiction, and the applicable date.

By adding an additional reminder recipient, you instruct Expat Crow to send applicable reminder information to that email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is appropriate and authorized to receive the information.

You may disable or remove an additional reminder recipient through your account settings.

Expat Crow may allow you to generate a summary of information for a selected person and country or jurisdiction. This feature is intended to help users organize information for review by trusted advisers such as attorneys, accountants, immigration professionals, or other advisers.

Expat Crow does not automatically send Advisor Summaries to third parties. You decide whether to print, save, download, copy, or otherwise share a summary.

You are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to share and with whom. Before sharing a summary, review it for unnecessary, incorrect, outdated, or sensitive information.

Advisor Summaries are organizational records only and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, immigration, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expat Crow and its operators are not liable for losses arising from missed deadlines, incorrect or incomplete information, failed or delayed reminder delivery, unauthorized sharing by a user, changes in government requirements, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on information presented through the service.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during beta and may contain errors, interruptions, delays, or incomplete features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate access to any device, email account, printed summary, PDF, or other copy containing information exported from Expat Crow.

If account deletion or data export functionality is not available directly in the beta application, users may contact Expat Crow for assistance.

These terms and privacy practices may be updated as Expat Crow develops, including when new features, service providers, pricing, or data practices are introduced.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any notice or consent requirements that may apply.
